Submissions

Why?

Out of the gate – ND Riot does not pay its contributors. In this moment, this is a labor of love. Joe and Stephen share the editorial, financial, design, and other costs. Things that look like ads aren’t; they’re indie projects that deserve some attention. What we do offer is 1. A platform that hopefully shares your work with folks who love independent creatives. 2. Some long-term visibility. We’re shooting to have every issue of ND Riot available at NDRiot.com soon. Since reviewing submissions takes time, we actually request a nominal $3 review fee. It’s not much, and pays for the half-a-coffee Joe and Stephen will burn through while thoughtfully considering each submission. We do our best to respond within 14 days to submissions. All these realities are up for change as circumstance evolve.
